Dal 1949 fino al 1955, Rose \u00e8 il proprietario e gestore del teatro Ziegfeld. Dal 1959 fino al 1966, \u00e8 anche il proprietario del Billy Rose Theater. Durante questo tempo il teatro ospita uno spettacolo musicale, una rivista, tre balletti, e ventinove concerti. Uomo di cultura, Billy Rose fonda il Billy Rose Sculpture Garden a Gerusalemme. Billy Rose ha creato spettacoli come: Jumbo (1935), Aquacade Billy Rose, e Carmen Jones (1943).
